Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Stock items to ship within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders received by 2:00pm EST, will normally ship the same day.

  • Made-‐to-‐order items to ship within 3 - 5 days from order receipt
  • For custom items not in the price list, please consult your IMP representative for special pricing, lead-times, and minimums.

Minimum Orders

  • One carton for all stocked products (count per price list)
  • Two cartons for all made to order products (count per price list)
  • Custom sized ribbons are handled individually through your IMP representative

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

International Media Products cannot ship orders to PO boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation, tracking number, and invoice once it shipped, by the end of day 

Customs, duties, and taxes

International Media Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


International Media Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, unless it is shipped prepaid and add. If you received your order damaged, please contact your shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Warranty and Product Returns

IMP products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. All product returns require an RMA (return material authorization) which is valid for 15 days. With the exception of warranty returns, products must be returned within 60 days of purchase.

  • Stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Made-‐to-‐order items are subject to a 40% restocking fee
  • Custom orders are not returnable
  • Buyer is responsible for paying freight charges on all returned goods and bears the risk of loss or damage in transit back to Atlanta, GA.
